Bridget's Botanicals connects people to the planet by enhancing their wellbeing through natural products and education. The company was founded in 2014, by Bridget Molloy who is a Certified Herbalist, Master Teacher, & Sexual Wellbeing Coach. Her degrees and training in molecular biology, pharmacology, science education, and global ecology are from CU Boulder, Georgetown, Harvard, and Boston University. After growing up drinking herbal teas and gardening, traveling around the world, practicing herbalism for over 12 years, and working with women for over 15 years, Bridget has been inspired to formulate and offer natural botanical solutions that specializes in women's heath and sexual wellness through products and education. Gifts from the garden this weekend. Our hawthorn tree produced a very low amount of berries with the heat and water restrictions this summer. However, the ones that arrived are beautiful and bold. Perfect and plump. Rich medicine for the heart. Offering a tasty treat as a cordial to enjoy in the last summer days in a mocktail ❤️

Designed in 2018 to support women's health and the range of symptoms and shifts that women experience, our goal is to support this natural transition to make it easier to feel back to normal.

A reminder to our customers that consistency is key to noticing a difference with the tea and tincture blend. Developing a routine or ritual around your tea and tincture can have a profound impact on your body's physiology.

It is exciting to see the landscape of menopause options grow, read about advances in plant research and pharmacology of the botanicals in our formulations, and see ingredients and quality awareness on the rise.

We are excited to be diving into the designs for a new user guide that is in development! It will explore our key botanicals in the product line and impressive research points among how to use the product line itself.

This weekend's event was an absolute delight! We were hosted by Scotty O'Brien at The Fort Restaurant for a beautifully coordinated experience, including an educational presentation by Hawk Quest.

It was the perfect combination and timing for us just a few weeks after recording a podcast (coming soon!) with Denver Audubon where we dove into how herbalism is deeply connected to biodiversity, bird conservation, planetary health, and self-care. 🦉 🦅 🦜 🐦

Guests enjoyed creating their custom scents with therapeutic soaking salts, luggage tags and engraved wood, being in the presence of incredible birds of prey, and enjoying incredible culinary delights and beverages by The Fort.

A huge thank you to Scotty O'Brien for making this a truly exceptional evening and event highlight of the year for us so far and bringing us out to be a part of his clients event! 🎉 🙌

Today marks Lughnasadh, the midway point between the summer solstice and autumn equinox, when the Celtic wheel turns toward the first harvest. 🌾 Blackberries (Rubus fruticosus) begin ripening across hedgerows and woodland edges right around this time, making them one of the season's most abundant wild foods. Here are some delicious ones along the Oregon Coast that we got to harvest and enjoy!

Customs included baking bread, blackberry pie, and harvesting. August 1st is the wheel tipping from growth toward gathering, effort turning into reward, and a reminder that everything ripe is cultivated, not just given. It is a delightful time for reflection.

This year, consider making a vegan Blackberry Oatcake Tart: a harvest delight!

Vegan Blackberry Oatcake Tart...

1 1/2 cups rolled oats, ground into flour
1/2 cup whole wheat or oat flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
2–3 tbsp cold water, as needed
2 cups of fresh blackberries
1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tsp arrowroot, tossed with the berries

Combine the dry base ingredients, work in coconut oil and maple syrup until crumbly, add cold water until it holds together. Press two-thirds into a tart pan, top with the berry mixture, then crumble the remaining dough over the top. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
