In 2002, Heartland, sharing the spirit of Leezen, established our first store in Walnut, California. The purpose was to invite American customers to experience the Formosa island’s kindness towards the mother earth and its inhabitants through organic products and foods without any chemical additives. est and the most precious healthy value from each product. Heartland believes that when we enjoy our food on the table, we can taste the wisdom of nature. Therefore, through the sharing and praising of food, we spread our most fundamental and powerful energy: Love.
2002年心田帶著「里仁為美」的精神，在南加州Walnut成立了北美第一間門市，為的是透過一包又一包Made In Taiwan的有機、無化學添加物的商品，讓在美國的消費者能體會來自海洋另一端、一個喚作福爾摩沙美麗之島的地方，對待土地人文的友善態度。
2004年心田在北加州的門市於Sunnyvale開幕，為科技矽谷注入了豐沛的健康能量; 2013年在紐約的Flushing開設美東第一家門市，將心田的有機生命力傳到大西洋的彼岸。
心田主要銷售台灣有機通路「里仁」商店的產品。「里仁」的有機商品均以台灣的有機或天然原料為優先，所有食品不含基因改造成分，無或少化學添加物，無蛋、少油、少鹽、少糖為主，由原料到成品委託慈心有機農業發展基金會進行專業評鑑。
此外心田也開發來自美國當地、加拿大及歐洲等地區符合有機、無毒理念的商品，提供消費者更豐富的選擇。
心田的成立，是來自將所有的人客都視為家人，分享最好最實在產品的理念。心田相信，我們在餐桌上享用美食時，可以品嚐出來大自然在食材上深深刻下的記號和智慧。於是我們藉由對食物的讚美與分享，傳遞了最原始、也最有能量的，愛。
