If you knew Thomas, you’d know that he loved his music. He loved blues, soul, R&B and rap. He was a humorous guy, a good guy and learned that he was a good father, brother and a great uncle. RIP Herman!

A little Manchu history turned into technical art — the PASGT helmet with Manchu Hair / Ragtop / Cabbage Patch and the iconic 9th Infantry Regiment crest, featuring the 5-toed Imperial Chinese dragon and the words that still mean something to every Manchu: KEEP UP THE FIRE.

Some things are more than just gear and insignia. They’re part of the identity, memories, and brotherhood we carried with us long after Fort Ord.
