Taking the signs down today definitely felt weird, but I’m still holding onto hope that I’ll get to put them right back up. Hopefully Monday brings some answers. And if not, we already have some pretty exciting options for what comes next.

Either way, Sallys Sweets isn’t going anywhere.

What started as one of the most upsetting moments for Sallys Sweets has turned into such a blessing. The amount of support, ideas, offers, and kindness you guys have shown me has been unbelievable. I have so many options to sort through, and it may take me a few days to figure out exactly what comes next but one thing I know for sure is Sallys Sweets isn’t going anywhere. If anything, this might just be the beginning of something even bigger.

Definitely not the update I thought I’d be making today. Sallys Sweets Grab & Go is closed for now while I figure out what my options are after receiving an unexpected notice from our rental company.

I don’t know exactly what happens next yet. Grab & Go may be getting a new location, or it may just look a little different going forward.

One thing I DO know this isn’t the end of Sallys Sweets. I may have to pivot, but I’m figuring it out. Thank you guys for all the love and support. I’ll update you as soon as I know what’s next. 💚🩷

Hey you guys! Grab & Go will be closed today until further notice. I had something unexpected come up regarding the business that I need to get figured out before I can reopen.

I’m hoping to have more answers soon, and I’ll keep you guys updated as soon as I know more.

Okay you guys, we’re trying something new… Closing Thoughts with Sally.

Basically just me closing up Sallys Sweets and talking about whatever is on my mind that day.

And today’s thought… when you run a business from home, when are you actually OFF work? There is ALWAYS something I could be doing. More grapes to make, stuff to restock, messages to answer, videos to edit, supplies to order… the list literally never ends.

I’m definitely still learning how to tell myself I’m done for the day and actually be DONE.

But Sallys Sweets is officially closed for the night, and that’s a wrap on our first Closing Thoughts with Sally.

What’s in stock at Sallys Sweets today?

We did things a little backwards today and started over at our Kool-Aid pineapple fridge. We have Kool-Aid pineapples stocked and ready to grab.

Next up, we have our sour seasonings, and then plenty of Shock Bites available.

And lastly, we checked the candied fruit freezer! Right now we have grape trays stocked in Blue Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Watermelon, and I even have a few Blueberry trays left from yesterday’s surprise drop.

Everything is self-serve just stop by, grab what you’d like, pay, and you’re good to go! We’re open today from 12 to 9.

I don’t think I ever realized just how many grapes I actually dip until I started doing the math.

I dipped 370 grapes today, around 300 yesterday, and that’s pretty normal for me throughout the week. Then we get to Friday and Saturday and it’s a whole different story. I can easily dip 1,000 on Friday getting ready for our big Saturday restock, and another 500–1,000 on Saturday.

So somehow I’m dipping close to 3,000 grapes every single week just trying to keep Sallys Sweets stocked for you guys!

Today was a little slower, but I did sneak out a surprise Blueberry drop. I had some Blueberry left from a custom tray, so of course I had to dip the rest and put a few trays out for you guys.

It’s still crazy to me how much this little porch business has grown. You guys keep eating the grapes, and I’ll keep dipping them.
