Piece Two🔸
The moment I saw these vibrant orange pincushion proteas, I knew they had to be part of this collection. They truly are little works of art all on their own.
I wasn’t able to find fresh pincushions this time, so I chose high-quality faux stems instead—and they were exactly what this design needed.
The curly willow became the perfect finishing touch, adding height, movement, and a playful element that draws your eye upward before inviting you to take in all the little details below.
To create even more whimsy, I used floral spray to add color to the hanging amaranthus. And, of course, I finished the base with fresh moss. I love using moss not only to hide my mechanics but also to bring in that earthy, organic texture that makes a design feel complete.
Every element in this piece was chosen with intention, and I love how they came together to create something that feels both bold and full of movement.

Yesterday I got to host my very first floral class at The Gathering Place, and it was so much fun!

A huge thank you to Annie’s Garden Blooms for providing the most gorgeous fresh flowers. It was such a joy to spend the afternoon creating, laughing, and seeing everyone’s unique arrangements come to life.

This is just the beginning! I’m planning to host a floral class every month or two and will alternate between weekdays and weekends so more people have a chance to join.
