Some pain doesn’t leave a visible scar.

The last couple of months have been incredibly difficult. Endless hours in ERs, constant pain, unanswered questions, and having to advocate for myself when I was exhausted and scared.

When physical pain goes on long enough, it can affect your mental health too. It can leave you feeling isolated, hopeless, and exhausted from simply trying to get through the day.

I’m sharing this because someone reading this might be there right now.

Please don’t carry it alone. Tell someone. Ask for help. Advocate for yourself. And if someone you love seems different lately, actually check on them.

I really thought getting older meant I'd eventually start dressing boring.
Instead, I've just gotten more comfortable figuring out what actually feels like me.

Comfort matters. Style is self-expression. And honestly, I'm not interested in dressing according to an age bracket.

Come build my wife’s birthday basket with me! 🎂💗

She’s a teacher, her favorite color is pink, and one of her favorite hobbies is making her own nails — so obviously I had to build this basket around the things that make her happy. 😂💅🏽
