Coming back for the 3rd time, Men’s Group registration opens next Friday, September 11. There are several returning members so the available spots will probably be filled quickly. Set your calendar to register!

Registration opens Friday, September 11 @ 10am on SheridanBJJ.com!

This will be our 13th or 14th Boot Camp (we lost count!) The majority of our current white belts are Boot Camp graduates. Previous boot campers have included men and women from teen (16+) to over 50 in age.

Cost is $275 which includes a gi. It really is an amazing deal!

Classes will be an hour long (usually a few minutes more) and held at 8pm on consecutive Mondays and Thursdays beginning September 28.

Expressing gratefulness is a major part of our academy’s culture. It’s important to recognize what we have and feel grateful for those things. We should also feel grateful to have the ability to share what we have. We are proud to have students like Nyla Ewart who organized the delivery of gis and all those who donated gis.
