Here are some tips on how to navigate through the park and where to park once you arrive at the Vermilion Beach Market!
〰️
The entrance to Sherod Park, just west of downtown Vermilion, is at Route 6 (W. Lake Rd) + Coen Rd.
〰️
The parking lot along the lake is designated HANDICAPPED PARKING ONLY. If you park here, you may exit out the main entrance.
〰️
The traffic flow will be ONE WAY ONLY through the park with the exit on the east end of the park.
〰️
There is parking along the middle lane of the park which also has a designated handicapped drop-off zone.
〰️
There is a large parking lot just past (east of) the vendor area with walking paths directly to the vendor area.
〰️
There is a large pop-up parking lot on the far east side of the park which will open at 3pm on Friday.
〰️
Aaaaand, there is OVERFLOW parking at Grace United Methodist Church across the street with over 100 additional parking spaces! Deputies from the Erie County Sheriff’s Department will be on duty helping pedestrians safely cross the road.

Everything will be well marked throughout the park.
〰️
On-site parking is FREE! See you soon!

Heads up if you’re heading to the Vermilion Beach Market Friday & Saturday🚧

The **Route 60 westbound exit is expected to be closed**, but the **eastbound exit will remain open**.

If you’re traveling from east of Vermilion, plan to take the **Baumhart Road** or **Sunnyside Road** exit to help avoid delays!

Give yourself a few extra minutes, drive safely, and we’ll see you at the market! ☀️🌊

Take a stroll through a lineup of classic Volkswagen buses parked along the shores of Lake Erie while you shop your favorite local vendors. It’s the perfect mix of vintage charm, summer nostalgia, and small-town fun.

The VW display is brought to you by LeakOil, a group of passionate VW enthusiasts from the Lake Erie area who love sharing these iconic vehicles with the community.
