Yesterday we picked up a storage unit in Wayne, Nebraska. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out to be quite what we were hoping for, but we did come away with a nice clean 5-drawer dresser and a really good, working, vintage belt-driven table saw.

Haven't posted in a while because I wasn't sure which direction I was taking this. In the coming days and weeks I'll be posting a lot more and sharing a lot of what we're doing. It's gonna be fun!!

Haven't done a show on Whatnot in a while. Tonight will be the first show on a new account. I'm planning to make it a regular weekly thing. I have a ton of baseball cards to run through tonight and maybe a few football. Jump in, say hey, and maybe buy something.

If you’re not using cross listing software, you may be making reselling a lot harder than it needs to be.I’ve been testing Nifty.ai, and the productivity difference is wild.
Yesterday, I completely nuked my eBay store and other platforms of over 600 items to start fresh because I had way too many listing errors and inconsistencies. Last night I manually added 19 items back and it took about 3 hours. This morning, I spent just under 2 hours taking pics and creating drafts for eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Whatnot, and Etsy using Nifty.ai. Now I have 44 drafts waiting for me. All I need to do is go through them, verify photos and descriptions, double check shipping profiles, and set pricing.
In that same 3 hours, I’ll have 44 products cross listed across 5–6 platforms vs 19 on one.

To put that in perspective, if I dedicated a full day to it, I could probably push close to 200 maybe 250 listings in a day.

Efficiency matters and more eyes on your items means more opportunities to sell.

Sometimes you find something nice for yourself. I got this Santa for $2.00 on Whatnot. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the seller thought it was pewter. It turned out to actually be silver-plated. I think Santa polished up really nice and will be a nice addition to our spread this Christmas. Bought for $2, valued at $25.

Purchased for under $5 and flipped on eBay for an offer of $19 +shipping for the three. One box was damaged and wasn’t disclosed when I bought them but I made sure it was pointed out on my listing. It still sealed, only the box was cut.
