Today, we celebrate more than fireworks and backyard cookouts. We celebrate the spirit of independence, resilience, and the hope of a nation that began with a bold idea—that people should have the freedom to shape their own future.

On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence marked the beginning of America’s journey. Over the years, generations of Americans have worked, served, sacrificed, and strived to make our country stronger while preserving the freedoms we enjoy today.
