Tonight, the Marching Tigers took the field at the Darke County Band Spectacular and showcased their show, ‘To See The Stars.’

At the end of the evening, the bands joined together to perform ‘God Bless America’ and ‘Grenade’.

A fantastic performance, a beautiful night, and another great memory for the Tiger Band. 🧡🖤

Show Begins: 7:00 PM
Admission: $5 per person
Cap: $20 per family

🧡🖤 From the Tiger community 💚🤍

Friday nights may bring different schools, different colors, and different teams together on opposite sides of the field,but when one of our own is hurting, those differences disappear.

The Tiger community is sending strength, encouragement, and heartfelt support to Parker, his family, his teammates, friends, and the entire community surrounding him.

We are thinking of Parker as he faces the days ahead and hoping for continued progress, healing, comfort, and strength.

The marching Tigers officially kicked off the 2026 season last night, and it felt GOOD to be back! 🐅🎶 From the first notes to the final counts, our musicians brought the energy, excitement, and Tiger pride.

And what a night to do it! 🏈🐅 Our first performance was made even sweeter by an INCREDIBLE, nail-biting Tiger football victory! 🧡🖤

This is only the beginning. We can’t wait to see where this season takes us!

A great tradition is making its return! 🐅🥁

Beginning this Thursday—and before each home football game, weather permitting—the Versailles High School Tiger Band will march to H.B. Hole Field, helping build the excitement of Friday night and bringing a little more Tiger spirit into our community along the way.

We’d love to see our community come out, line the route, cheer on our students, and help make the walk to the stadium part of the game-night experience.

It’s about more than football or music. It’s about community, connection, tradition, and giving our students another opportunity to experience what it means to be a Tiger.

Come out Thursday and help us start something special.

Position: Secretary

Years in Band:
7th year

Favorite Band Memory:
“When a bug flew into my leg during a set and I didn’t move. Mrs. Ahrens saw it happen and was shocked. It was a BIG bug!”

Favorite Song to Perform:
Animal or Hang On Sloopy

Favorite Show Moment:
Anytime after finishing a run-through of the show at a competition when the entire band performed really well.

“The feeling of success is awesome!”

Personal Goal for This Season:
To help her section as best as she can.

One Wish for This Band Season:
“I hope that we get a One this year!”

Advice for Younger Band Members:
“Give anything new a chance. Even if it is something new or a change to what you are used to, just give it a chance.”
