Before claiming ANYTHING during the live, you MUST fill out our customer form first:

✨ HOW TO CLAIM ✨
• To claim an item, comment the CLAIM WORD + BIN NUMBER�Example: “MINE 24” or “SOLD 24”�• First claim seen on OUR screen gets the item�• Please do not claim if you do not plan to pay
✨ LIVE SALE POLICIES ✨
• Invoices are due within 24 hours unless otherwise discussed�• A $5 late fee per day will be added after the due date�• Unpaid orders will be returned to inventory after 24 hours (repo)�• Communication must be DAILY — one message does not pause your invoice�• Orders will NOT ship until paid in full�• Partial payments do not trigger shipping�• No holds without payment�• No order will exceed $200 without payment

• Claims are a commitment to purchase�• Backing out of claims is considered non-payment�• All sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges�• Failure to follow policies can result in forfeited items and removal from future sales�• Harassment, negativity, or drama will result in immediate removal and ban

📢 Boomshine Family Announcement 📢

It honestly makes me sad that I even have to make this post, especially while I'm working on totals, invoices, and packing everyone's orders.

Please don't take the fun out of these games for everyone else by being ungrateful or disrespectful about your wins. These games are meant to bring excitement, surprises, and fun to our community. Not every prize is going to be everyone's personal favorite, and that's okay! For example, if you receive a brown bag and brown isn't your favorite color, please don't send angry messages because you didn't get exactly what you wanted. The surprise is part of the game.

If you don't enjoy surprise games or gambling-style games, then these may simply not be for you, and that's perfectly okay. But please understand what you're signing up for before you play.

I also need to address Bonanzas and raffles. These are games of chance. Just because you don't win does not mean you can choose not to pay your invoice. When you claim a spot, you are committing to that spot whether you win the final prize or not.

Many sellers require payment upfront to avoid situations like this. I've tried my best to keep things fun and accessible by allowing claims first and invoicing later, but when invoices go unpaid, it directly impacts me financially and makes it difficult to continue offering these games.

Please be respectful, kind, and honor your commitments. If you claim spots, be prepared to pay your invoice when it is due. Communication is always appreciated if something comes up, but simply not paying is not fair.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Boomshine, participate positively, and help make this community such a fun place to be. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know. ❤️
