For years, I refused to tuck in my shirts.

Like so many plus-size women, I believed longer tops would hide my stomach and make me look smaller. But all they really did was hide my shape.

One of the biggest style lessons I've learned is that confidence isn't about covering your body—it's about dressing in a way that celebrates it.
