Every event comes with something new to learn and a new problem to solve. But whew… this was by far one of my most challenging days yet. 😮‍💨

Not because the setup itself was necessarily difficult, but because mentally, I gave up about 600 times throughout the day. 😂😭 If you know me, you know I do NOT function well in the sun! And when I tell you it was about 100 degrees outside… I was NOT okay. 🥵😭

Literally, everything that could go differently from the plan seemed to happen. And mentally, I was struggling to push through. Partly because I was hot and exhausted, but also because when I have a vision in my head and I’m not able to execute it the way I envisioned, I become extremely disappointed in myself.

I care deeply about what I do, and I always want to give my clients the absolute best. So when things don’t go according to plan, I take it personally.

But this was definitely a learning experience. And somehow, through all the challenges, stress, heat, and moments where I wanted to jump in the pool 😭😂, everything came together in its own beautiful and interesting way.

I’m so thankful for my team and the people around me who continued to encourage me, push me, and remind me to keep going when I mentally wanted to quit. I truly can’t express how grateful I am that God has blessed me with such an amazing family and friends to do this with. ❤️

Some days are smooth. Some days test you. And some days teach you more than you ever expected to learn.

Overall… THANK YOU, GOD! 🙏🏾❤️
