Books we’d recommend to The Office characters 🙂‍↕️👩🏼‍💻

Proceed with caution, some recommendations require deep cut knowledge of character lore! We’d be very interested in a Dwight Schrute commentary on Fallow.

What book would you recommend to your favorite character? 📖

I absolutely HATE having to do this, but we have decided to cancel our book truck outing at Cole’s BBQ today due to the rain.

We tried to hold out as long as possible in hopes that the weather would clear, but it doesn’t look like that is happening anytime soon. Protecting the books from water damage is of high priority to us.

Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you at the next one! 😣🌧️📚

New Kent, we’ve added extra book truck stops! ⭐️

Rain cancelled two of our October stops, so we’re making it up to you with two new ones:

📍THIS SATURDAY, October 17 → Cole’s BBQ
📍NEXT SUNDAY, October 25 → Early Bird Cafe

We’re rolling out for both stops, packed with new fiction, plenty of Blind Parlor Picks, and fun bookish gifts. We can’t wait to add a new local business, so stop by Cole’s this weekend for some of the best barbecue around. Then swing by Early Bird to get your caffeine kick and add to your TBR!

We’re so excited to add both of these local events to our calendar this month, so if you’re in the New Kent area, we’d love to see you there!

What do we have to do to stop the rain? 🌧️

We are VERY SAD to cancel our event at Austin tomorrow, October 11th due to heavy rain forecasted all day long. Books and rain don’t mix well & keeping our reads safe is a top priority!

Thank you so much to the team at Early Bird for being a greater to work with. We will get a new date schedule ASAP!! 🩵
