2024 was a year of growth for the Optiwatt community of drivers, homeowners, utility and DERMs partners, employees, and supporters.

We made huge strides in our mission to help people access more reliable electricity, save money, and reduce their carbon footprint. But honestly? It feels like we're just getting started. 🌎

Getting together as a remote company is not only a great way to build human connections, it's also the perfect opportunity to close operational gaps and rally around your company's vision.

Every summer, the Optiwatt team meets up for our annual company retreat with the intention of meeting those three goals.

This year in Minneapolis we knocked it out of the park, and now we'll be moving into the final stretch of this year with a renewed excitement.

Oh, and we totally didn't have any fun...
