Please read if you ordered any of the custom jacket/jersey/pants.
I wanted to give everyone an update on the custom jacket preorders.
First, thank you so much for your patience. ❤️
Unfortunately, the jackets have been delayed and are now expected to arrive around the third week of August.
Part of this is on me. I should have added extra time to the estimated arrival date I was originally given. Preorders are notorious for running later than expected, and I let myself be optimistic instead of building in that extra cushion. For that, I’m truly sorry.
The manufacturer has also been absolutely overwhelmed—in the best way! They have received orders for over 30,000 individual pieces and have even hired additional employees specifically to keep up with the jacket and jersey orders.
I chose this manufacturer because they do something very few companies are willing to do. Most require a minimum order of 50–100 pieces of the exact same design. They allowed us to submit over 60 different custom designs over the 200+ pieces that we ordered, with some orders as small as a single jacket for each design.
These aren’t simply embroidered or heat-pressed jackets. Every detail is custom printed at the manufacturer - including school logos, mascots, names, and colors. After orders were submitted, I even had to send the exact HEX color codes for every logo so your school’s colors would be as accurate as possible. Some logos required four or five different color codes! That attention to detail is one of the reasons I chose to work with them. That attention to detail also delayed the original start date as the start date wasn’t the date we sent the order in, but instead the date all color codes were verified.
To get this level of customization on individual items elsewhere would typically cost well over $100 per item, so I’m confident you’re going to receive something that’s truly special and made just for your school or team.
If I’m being completely transparent, I went back and forth for several days before deciding to offer these as preorders. For the past 18 years, I’ve handled nearly every part of my production process myself, so I know exactly where everything stands at every step. Preorders are different, and delays are one of the biggest reasons I hesitated. While I have complete confidence in the quality of this manufacturer, I also knew timing would be the one thing outside of my control.
I know waiting is frustrating, and I completely understand if you’re disappointed. I am too. But I truly believe the wait will be worth it. They’ll arrive well before cooler weather gets here, and I think you’ll be proud every time you wear yours.
