We’re excited to introduce Megan Romestan and Tristan, our newest ambassadors for Total Nutrition Washington, PA. Both bring a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping build the community we want here at Total Nutrition.

Megan knows what it means to put in the work. She’s lost 100+ pounds naturally through body recomposition, is passionate about lifting, a cancer survivor, and a mom of two. Her journey is a perfect example that real, lasting results are built through consistency and hard work.

Tristan is passionate about working out and overall wellness, and we’re excited to have him representing the store and being part of our growing fitness community.
