My degree gave me a foundation in food safety, sanitation, nutrition, recipe development, and commercial food preparation—knowledge I use every time I bake.

Anyone can follow a recipe. What makes Sugarplum’s different is the combination of education, experience, and genuine care.

🎓 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry from Texas Woman’s University.

👩‍🍳 I’ve spent over 27 years cooking and baking from scratch for my family, friends, and now my community.

🧼 I hold a current Food Handler Certificate because food safety and following the law is just as important to me as flavor.

Whether it’s cheesecake, cookies, muffins, or homemade pasta, every order is prepared with the same care I’d give my own family.
