Senate Bill 56 has passed and will move back to the senate for final approval. This means C*D "dispensaries" will need to be licensed at the bargain price of a $5000 application fee, and if they have been previously licensed ONLY $10,000 for the first year license. If not grandfathered, $75,000 for the first 2-year license. The THC beverage industry will continue to thrive. Carry outs will be allowed to sell 10mg THC beverages for carryout and bars will continue to serve 5mg drinks for consumption on premises. If an Ohio consumer wants a full-spectrum product they will need to go to a "licensed C*D dispensary"
