Well, I’m finally healed enough to do a craft show! I snagged a spot for June 13th. It’s my first time vending here. If it goes well I will be at more shows when I’m up for it! I’ve been working on so many new things, I’m excited to share with you! Of course I have so many beautiful candles ready to be homed, but I’ve also been putting all my other hobbies to good use. I’ve always wanted to “live off the land” so I have been drying out leaves and flowers I pulled from my own garden. We love bugs here so we are chemical free! Everything is safe to ingest or burn. I have foraged some beautiful feather moss from my backyard and I am currently working on bioactive terrariums. The containers used are 100% recycled. Old baby food jars, candle jars, spice jars… if I can see a vision for an old container, I clean it up and work on it. I have also been collecting butterfly eggs from my garden. I raise the caterpillars and release the butterflies, but sometimes they don’t make it. Normally I’d toss them in the garden as their final resting place, but now I’m planning to make wet specimens with my dear beloved babies. Thanks for following my journey!
