This weekend is First Monday Trade Days. Whatever you are in the market for, you will likely find it (and more) at our historic open-air flea market. From antiques to handmade goods, farm and ranch items and livestock, furniture and storage solutions, there is something for everyone. Stop by the Food Park and grab something tasty, and maybe cool off with a fresh-squeezed lemonade while shopping. I’m hoping to have some freeze-dried fruit available at Trade Days this Saturday! If you ever wonder why it’s so expensive, it’s because it takes so much work to prep it, and then it takes over 24 hours in the freeze dryer. But it’s the yummiest way to preserve fruit and retain althe max amount of nutrients. 🙌🏻
