FAQs for Mocs
We currently do not keep any mocs in stock; all mocs posted are custom orders. To order a pair of mocs, you need to email us at [email protected]
Orders will not be taken by Facebook messenger or by commenting on a photo. If you have a question about price inquiries or a specific question, all of those need to be emailed. We do not answer on photo comments. We can do a
ny color, design, and any size (adult and youth). Mocs start at $75 and go up depending on detail and supplies needed. Sizes are:
Adult: 4/5, 6/7, 8/9, 10/11, 12/13
Youth: 9/10, 11/12, 13/1, 2/3
When you email please include the following details:
• Design
• Size
• Color preferences
• And any other details. We will work with you to ensure that your design will fit your style! Since each piece is custom, it may take some time to get the mocs completed and shipped to you. Our Design Hippie enjoys taking her time to make them perfect for you! Payment Options:

Payment must be made within a week of ordering or the order will be discarded. We will email you an invoice one you email us with an order. Once you have paid for your mocs we will order them and we order once a week on Mondays-

Return Policy:
Please order carefully and feel free to e-mail us with any questions at [email protected] Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. We are happy to accept returns based on product defects or size issues on mocs/boots, since they are custom orders. We do not issue refunds, but we will issue store credit or will replace the product, if there is a defect. If items have been worn, washed, HHH tags removed, original receipt/invoice lost, or we do not receive it back before the 14 day allowance from which your order was purchased, your return will be rejected. To return an item by mail, please email us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving your items to start a return process. Currently we do not pay for return shipping. UPS or FedEx are the best way to ship. If using USPS, all returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived! All returns must include: customer name, phone number, original receipt, and all merchandise must include original tags. It is at the discretion of Hippie Heart Headbands to deny return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use. All Sale merchandise is Final Sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
