Golden Milk

A warm, comforting drink perfect for this time of year! Made with turmeric and spices that support the body's immune system. Reduces inflammation, easing joint and muscle discomfort, aiding digestion, and promoting relaxation and better sleep. Warm a cup of milk adding spices listed below. Perfect to enjoy in the evening to wind down. But it can also be used daily as part of a wellness routine or after physical strain to support the body naturally.

Recipe makes an 8 oz. blend of dry spices.

Add the following ground spices to a glass jar. turmeric 1/2 cup
ginger 2 tbsp
cinnamon 1/4 cup
black pepper 2 tsp (Essential for turmeric absorption!)
Optional:
1 tsp. vanilla, ground cardamom, or nutmeg

Stir 1 teaspoon of mix into 1 cup of warm milk. Add a splash of honey to sweeten.
