5 years seems like yesterday but also a long time ago.
2020- present
This will be our 10th meet

She has done tons of work over the years .
Stacks of National and World records in the uspa and PLU
Squat 270 (classic) > 314 (sleeves)
Bench 126 > 171
Dead 292 > 347
150lbs to her total.
60 dots all while switching from classic to raw.
Putting on about 15lbs of muscle and leaned out even more

Grit and Grace team member was interview by her local paper. Pretty cool.
Mother of four, wife of a LEO and Vet, Holds many state records and national open bench record at 225lbs @148. She has currently lost 100lbs after her last child and is still hitting PRs on each lift. Credit to her and her hard work. She will be competing at the Arnold classic in a few weeks for her first national competition.
