Blindworks is growing, and we're looking for a talented interior designer to partner with us as we expand our reach across New Jersey.

The Role:
As part of the Blindworks team, you'll consult with homeowners on window treatments, area rugs, and wallpaper — helping them bring their design vision to life. We handle the lead generation and book qualified appointments directly onto your calendar based on availability we set together. You'll earn commission on everything your clients purchase through Blindworks, with the freedom to promote your own interior design services and take on additional client work on your own schedule.
What We're Looking For:
- A design background (interior design experience or education)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong client communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage appointments and follow-ups
- A professional presence that reflects our premium, white-glove service
- Familiarity with Hunter Douglas or similar product lines is a plus — training provided for the right candidate
