Another cantle binding repair done today. The old filler was nailed in and tore loose. Got it ready for spring.

Some before and after pictures of a recent saddle repair.
The rawhide cantle binding on this saddle had begun to shrink inward making the seat very uncomfortable. Removed the shrunken binding and reshaped the seat. Then installed a new leather binding and cleaned and oiled the entire saddle.
