💧Employee Spotlight: Dylan Hudson 💧
When Dylan Hudson joined Hardwick Well Supply in March of 2019, it didn’t take long to realize he was the kind of person who would step up, take his job seriously, and do whatever was asked of him. 💪
Around here, I call Dylan our “Gentle Giant.” He’s one of the biggest guys on the crew, but also one of the kindest. Every conversation ends with “Yes ma’am,” “No ma’am,” “Yes sir,” or “No sir.” To me, that tells you everything you need to know about the kind of man he is.
Dylan came to us as an excellent welder 🔥, but he didn’t stop there. Through hard work, determination, and a willingness to keep learning, he’s earned the trust to lead wherever he’s needed—from one of our main pulling crews to setting wells, electrical work, welding, and even drilling.
One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when customers call or text just to brag on one of our employees, and Dylan is no exception. They don’t just compliment the quality of his work—they compliment the respect and professionalism he brings to every job.
What I admire most about Dylan is that he never complains, never asks for the easy job, and when one job is finished, he’s already asking where he’s needed next. That’s just who he is. He doesn’t chase recognition—he earns respect. His coworkers respect him, our customers brag on him, and I have no doubt he’ll continue to earn every opportunity that comes his way. ⭐
Dylan, thank you for your hard work, your humility, and for the example you set every day. We’re proud to have you on our team and even prouder to have you as part of the Hardwick family. ❤️
