Our October Uplift + Inspire Experience is around the corner!

An afternoon of creativity and camaraderie as we venture to the Flicker & Fizz Vintage Candle Studio, a hidden speakeasy-style gem tucked inside a charming South Minneapolis vintage store. Inspired by vintage cocktail culture and the warmth of gathering with friends, Jessica—the Candle Maker and Cocktail Shaker behind Flicker & Fizz—has designed a one-of-a-kind space where creativity, nostalgia, and community come together.

When I’m not at The Women Collective, you’ll often find me on a stage 🎤✨

Keynoting. Speaking. Teaching. Challenging women to step into their voice, communicate with confidence, lead with purpose, and—perhaps most importantly—let go of the pressure to be perfect.

Tonight, I had the privilege of keynoting the dinner at the APi Group Women’s Summit, surrounded by incredible women who are leading, growing, and making an impact.

And the message I shared tonight is one I believe deeply:

You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be YOU.

Your voice.
Your perspective.
Your leadership.
Your story.

Perfectionism can keep us waiting for the “right” moment, the “right” words, or the confidence to finally step forward. But leadership doesn’t require perfection. It requires authenticity, courage, connection, and a willingness to show up as yourself.

This work—whether I’m doing it through The Women Collective or from a stage—is all connected.

Uplift + inspire with purpose.

So grateful for every opportunity to be in a room with women who are ready to use their voices and make an impact. 💜
