Seth Waters from Dark Waters Fly Shop hitting the Wolf last Friday. The river is opening! The gage station in Langlade is also open! Check out the web site for a link (WolfRiverFlyShop.com). If you go out, beware high water and ice still coming down stream!
The shop opens this Friday March 27th. I will be open 9-5pm Friday through Sunday. Stop in to see what's new, plus some freebies for early customers. Hope to see you this weekend!

Day two of a nasty blizzard with over 30 inches of snow so far! I will NOT be opening the shop this Friday (March 20th), but will postpone the opening to Friday March 27th. If you need something, feel free to contact me and I'll hook you up! [email protected]

No, not yet! This is photo is from last spring. But it is coming! The season opener for the shop will be Friday March 20th. I will be open Friday through Sunday 9-5pm all season long. I will also be at Trout Fest this Saturday at the Mt Morris Convention Center, and I will have copies of my new book, "Wolf River Journals 2020". Hope to see you there, or at the shop this spring!
