No fragrance experience needed — we'll train you. You bring the personality, we'll teach you the perfume. Evening and weekend availability is a must (we're a mall store!).

WE ARE HIRING
Title: Fragrance Sales Associate – Full Time (Perfume City)
Pay: $16/hour + sales commission on Selects Fragrances
Hours: Full time, ~35–40 hrs/week including weekends
Perfume City, a growing fragrance retailer, is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for our New Jersey location. If you love great scents, enjoy helping people, and want to earn commission on top of your hourly pay, we want to meet you.
What you'll do:

Greet customers, learn their preferences, and recommend fragrances
Hit and beat daily/weekly sales goals
Keep displays clean, stocked, and beautifully presented
Ring up sales accurately and handle returns professionally
Help with inventory counts and receiving shipments

What we're looking for:

Friendly, outgoing, and reliable — shows up on time, every time
Comfortable selling and upselling
Retail or customer-service experience a plus (fragrance knowledge is a bonus, not required — we'll train you)
Available weekends and some evenings
Must be 18+
