The shopping service allows customers to provide a list of items they are looking for, and I will look for them at garage sales or at other venues. The selling service is for people who want to get rid of items without having a garage sale or posting items on a web site themselves. I will take a picture of the item(s) you would like to sell, post it on line, coordinate the pick up location, and s
ell it for you. For large items such as furniture, I will coordinate with you a time for you to meet the customer and can arrange to be there with you if you prefer. Finders fee for Garage Sale Items:
Items less than $50: $5 finders fee
Items more than $50: $10 finders fee
**Note...the fees are based on the total amount purchased in a day...not individual transactions**
(I will purchase the items and deliver within a five mile radius to you unless they are too big to fit in my car. If they are too large, I will pay for the items and you can pay me once you pick the item up at the sale.) Selling items:
$0-$99: $10 fee plus $10 administrative fee
$100-up: 10% of purchase price plus $10 administrative fee
