The Cajun Cottage:
1. Bengiets and Coffee
2. Thurs-Sat Dinner Gumbo, Jambalaya, Redbeans and rice, also a fried shrimp po-boy.
3. Lunch will be Thurs-Sat, different croissant sandwiches.
4. We will still offer hotdogs, and boiled peanuts as the old Pierce town general store did.
5. Hershey Ice cream
6. We will also have specials on certain months of other cajun favorites, low country boil, boiled crawfish, corn and shrimp soup, and others.
7. The General Store aspect will provide local Milk, eggs, butter, cheese, meat, bread, desserts,ect. ( Vendors to be spotlighted throughout untill opening).
8. We will also have seasonal decor, candles, soaps, and other vendors.
10. We will be offering Pumkins and such for fall, Christmas trees, and much more.
