As many of you know, we’ve made some thoughtful changes to the Downtown ILM Market schedule this year! After hearing feedback from both vendors and attendees about the challenges of summer heat - and recognizing the abundance of markets and special events happening throughout the season - we intentionally reduced our Wilmington-area summer schedule from nine events to just a handful of signature experiences! 🌞

This adjustment allows us to focus on quality over quantity, creating larger, more memorable events while making the season more enjoyable for vendors, attendees, and our team. It also gives us the opportunity to dedicate more energy to the larger festival experiences we’re producing throughout the region. As we continue growing our branded events beyond Wilmington, we’re creating new opportunities for vendors who enjoy traveling and reaching new audiences.

In fact, we’ve got some exciting news about our first-ever out-of-state festival event that we’ll be announcing in the next few days. If you’re one of our vendors who loves a road trip, stay tuned. 👀

Wilmington, just a quick heads up!🚨👀

This Sunday will be the very first trial run of our brand-new Tie Dye Bar experience at the Sundaes & Tie Dye Festival! We’re excited to bring this experience to Wilmington, but because this is our first time offering it, supplies are limited!

👕 76 T-Shirts (Youth & Adult Sizes)

Have a cotton item at home you’ve been wanting to give new life to? Bring it with you! We’ll also be offering our Bring Your Own Item option, so if our inventory sells out, you’ll still be able to join the fun 🙂

We’ll be posting live inventory updates throughout the day on our Instagram and Facebook Stories so you can see exactly what’s still available before heading over. Our goal this weekend is to test, learn, and fine-tune the Tie Dye Bar before bringing an even bigger and better version to future events. Thank you for helping us build something colorful! 🌈

Our Tie Dye Bar is coming to the Sundaes & Tie Dye Festival this Sunday at !

Want all the fun of tie dye without turning your kitchen, driveway, or bathtub into a rainbow-colored disaster? We’ve got you covered. Bring a cotton item from home or choose from our selection of bandanas, socks, tote bags, and t-shirts, and we’ll provide everything you need to create your own colorful masterpiece. Have the fun and leave the mess to us!

Tie Dye Bar Pricing:
• Bandanas – $6
• Socks – $7
• Tote Bags – $10
• Youth T-Shirts – $12
• Adult T-Shirts – $15

Bring Your Own Cotton Item:
• Small Item (onesie, pillowcase, tea towel, etc.) – $6
• Shirt/Tank – $8
• Hoodie/Sweatshirt – $10
• Large Item (blanket, sheet, tapestry, etc.) – $15

Every project includes dye, supplies, instructions, gloves, and a take-home bag.

Then cool off with Grumpy’s soft serve and spend the afternoon shopping dozens of local vendors at the Sundaes & Tie Dye Festival!

The vibes are coming back! After an incredible first NC Vibe Fest, we're excited to announce that we'll be returning to Old River Farms on October 10th for another afternoon of live music, local vendors, food trucks, retro cars, bubbles, and community!

One of our favorite parts of the first event was watching everyone come together to enjoy great music, support small businesses, and spend a beautiful afternoon on the farm. We can't wait to do it all again this fall.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the first-ever NC Vibe Fest such an incredible day! 💛

Over 600 people joined us at Old River Farms to enjoy live music, local vendors, delicious food, classic cars, family activities, and great vibes all afternoon long. We’re so grateful to every attendee, vendor, musician, food truck, volunteer, and sponsor who helped bring this vision to life 🪩
