HISTORY While searching for the perfect collar for my rescue dog, Rowdy, I hit on the idea of transforming unique leather belts into incredibly different, long-lasting, safe, comfortable, leather dog collars. METHOD Rowdy and I scour the countryside seeking vintage, tough-looking, weathered, and well-worn leather belts.We select only those good enough for your best friend. Lucky Dog Upcycle has been in business since July 2014. When we can, we use every part of our rescued belts. We now also make custom dog collars made from your own belt, leather wrist bracelets, and transform discarded furniture into wonderful, new pieces.
