This facebook began in August of 2012 with the goal of ending up with a Village Center for Summerport (Vil
lage of Bridgewater) that becomes a huge part of all of our daily lives and that we love to frequent to shop, dine, work and just relax and hang out at. To realize that vision, as laid out in the Horizon West Master Plan, we joined together as the Neighbors of Summerport Village Center. We vocalized our desires loud enough that Orange County and DeBartolo evolved their plans to better fulfill the Horizon West Master Plan. Now that Phase 1 has been completed (1/2 of The Retreat Apartments) and Phase 2 is in progress (other 1/2 of Retreat apartments, common area amenities and 8 lakefront commercial spaces), the focus of this page is to share with everyone what Summerport Village has to offer. It will also be a great place to learn what is coming up during Phase 3 as it approaches.
