Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you require a deposit?
No. We do not require a deposit. Payment is due at the time of delivery.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:
• Cash
• Cash App
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Apple Cash
• Credit Cards
3. Do customers need to provide power?
Yes. You must have access to a power source. Our blowers require at least one dedicated 15-amp circuit, and some larger units require multiple blowers and additional dedicated circuits.
4. Do customers need to provide water for water slides?
Yes. If you rent a water unit, you are responsible for providing both the water supply and a water hose long enough to reach the setup area.
5. What is your weather policy?
Your safety is our #1 priority. We closely monitor weather conditions before and during deliveries.
If the forecast calls for:
• Thunderstorms
• Lightning
• Heavy rain
• Sustained winds of 15 mph or greater
we reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel deliveries until conditions are safe.
If unexpected weather develops after your rental has begun, we will contact you with instructions on how to safely secure the unit during the storm.
6. What if I still want my rental even though rain or storms are in the forecast?
If weather conditions are safe enough for us to deliver and you choose to proceed with your rental, payment is still required once the unit has been delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather after delivery has been completed, even if rain prevents the unit from being used.
A Note to Our Customers
While we work hard to make every rental a success, there are rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances arise. For example, a unit may become damaged during a previous rental and no longer be safe to deliver.
We also occasionally experience delays if a previous setup takes longer than expected. If this happens, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible.
