For that reason, we have implemented the following policies effective immediately.

1. If you claim an item that item is yours.
2. If you do not pay for an item or items you will no longer be able to order items from the live sale.
3. If you order items through the website and items from the live sale all items will be combined and shipped once the total invoice is paid in order to save you the sh

ipping cost.
4. Shipping is done once a week to save customers money. When your product invoice is paid on or after shipping day it will go out in the following week's shipping.
5. NO ORDER will be packaged for shipping until all items in the order have been paid. We have had to unbox too many orders.
6. Per our policy and as stated on the website all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
7. All items must be paid for when agreed upon. Communication is the key. If you are behind in payments and do not communicate your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
8. If you are behind on payments and are communicating with us we will work with you but, we are unable to add to any past due balance. Granny is learning that in order to continue to offer you the great values we provide I need to run this business as a business. Stay Safe & Blessed,
