I don’t know the whole story yet on this one but it was in the bunch of tags I got a couple of weeks ago. Olaf Iverson of Mosling Wisconsin fought with Company E 108th Ammo Train 33rd division died on November 9th 1918 in accidental explosion. It appears his body was brought back in 1921 but I can’t find where is buried.

I’ve found some cool dog tags and really the tags are my main passion and focus but this to me is an odd accomplishment 16 dog tags to 12 individuals all belonged to the same unit Truck Company Number 2 108 th Ammo Train 33rd division. ironically enough I have 2 more tags to guys in the same unit. I have not yet went through these individually yet to learn anything about them but if i would have to guess i have a feeling most of the soldiers are from Illinois as they are early unit marked tags with out serial numbers.

Got the chance today to tour the National World War 1 museum and memorial in Kansas City i think my favorite is still the Balloon Basket I got to see it originally when it sold a few years back at Show of Shows in Louisville Kentucky but it was kinda of cool that i could see a little bit inside it here

Came into some imperial German world war 1 photos. I don’t exactly know what I got. But they are kinda of cool. I believe the Kriegsmarine sailor hat tally say torpedoboot div. And the soldier with the picklehaub helmet is named. If some of hear know anything please feel free to reach out.
