❤️ THANK YOU, BORN 2 GAME FAMILY! ❤️
Just over a month ago, our son Andrew was admitted to Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital with a broken femur. During his stay, one simple act of kindness made a lasting impression on our family a Child Life team member brought a toy cart into his room and let him choose a monster truck.
That moment inspired us to give back.
Today was a special day. Andrew had his cast removed and is continuing to heal, and immediately afterward we had the privilege of delivering all of the toys that YOU helped make possible.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. This donation was made possible because of the incredible generosity of our community. Every toy that was donated will help bring comfort, distraction, and smiles to children facing difficult days in the hospital.
A huge thank you as well to the amazing Child Life staff and everyone at Inova Children's Hospital for the compassion they show families every single day. Your kindness toward Andrew inspired this entire effort.
This won't be the last time we do this. ❤️
