When we visited the vinegar producers at in Italy, we noticed something interesting.

Everyone had a glass of sparkling water beside them with a splash of their fruit vinegar stirred in.

We tried the blood orange balsamic and were hooked.

Now we do the same thing at home - sometimes with sparkling water, sometimes with Prosecco for an easy aperitivo.

It’s one of those simple Italian habits that makes everyday life feel a little more special.

One of my favorite parts of traveling through Italy is wandering into small bakeries and reading the names of the cookies. They’re more than labels...they’re little stories.

💋 Baci di Dama (“Lady’s Kisses”) are hazelnut cookies joined by a kiss of chocolate.

😋 Brutti ma Buoni (“Ugly but Good”) may look stranger, but one bite and you're hooked.
