Today was one of those days that reminded me of why I do what I do. It started with finding the most amazing local comfry dealer who graciously gave me this huge comfrey bundle.

Then a repeat customer told me I am todays version of Cassie from Bell, Book & Candle.

Growing your own food is like printing your own money. 🍓💵
Not only are the berries edible, but so are the leaves. As part of the pruning process to increase air flow, fruit production & decrease pest risk, harvested berry leaves can be easily incorporated into a beneficial & refreshing tea. These leaves are packed with vitamin c, iron, calcium,magnesium & powerful antioxidant. Ill be incorporating both my red raspberry & strawberry leaves into a "berry bliss" iced tea blend next month and sharing how to easily harvest and dry your own leaves. 🍃
