Big Bear's Bourbon Honey Pecan Ice Cream Drizzle
3 tbsp bourbon honey
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Toasted pecans

Instructions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat
Stir in bourbon honey and cinnamon
Drizzle warm sauce over vanilla ice cream

Our Ginger Infused Honey has been selling like crazy at the markets, and we wanted to share a couple of cozy drink recipes you can use it in!

Ginger Honey Immune-Boost Tea 🍋🍯
When the weather turns chilly, this is the cup everyone needs!

• 1 tbsp Big Bear Ginger Honey
• 1 cup hot water
• Squeeze of lemon
• Add fresh ginger slices + a dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
Stir until perfectly melted and sip your way into comfort.

Ginger Honey Latte at Home ☕️
Skip the drive-thru and make this warm, spicy latte in under 2 minutes.
You’ll Need:
