Bleu Chocolát is a wholesale bean-to-bar chocolatier in downtown Christiansted, offering bonbons, cookies, pastries & more made from Crucian-grown cacao.

Also teaches hands on chocolate classes. Locals & tourists can shop online or at Crucian Café. Journey with us to taste the chocolate of the Caribbean and we will show you how the flavors of our cacao is as vivid as the blues of our sea.
