To the woman who is the ‘Rooh’ (soul) of our family. Happy Mother’s Day. 🌸

In the first photo, Mom wears Rooh—where my love for this drape began. As we moved through different milestone in life, the saree was our constant companion.

But it’s the last photo that holds my heart. Draped in two sarees—one from the family that raised me and one from the family that welcomed me. It’s a reminder that a saree doesn’t just cover you; it connects you.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the women who teach us how to carry our heritage with pride, no matter where life takes us.

Happy Mother’s Day to my first style icon and my forever home.

Rooh means soul, and today, I’m sharing mine. Moving to Vietnam taught me the value of my roots. From watching my mother drape sarees to seeing them on global stages (hello, Isha Ambani! 😍), I’ve realized the saree is a masterpiece that belongs everywhere.
