Every one has their own truth and there is nothing wrong in that. We won’t go into that at this moment. Often when you speak out the things you believe is right, many of those who claim all they need is truth get upset. So, should you stop speaking the right things because it’s offending people, your boss, your colleagues, your friends?

The answer is no.

Suppression of truth is the worst thing one can do to himself. How? Let’s assume your boss or your friend said something you didn’t like, you wanted to tell them but you held yourself back for you didn’t want to offend them. You thought it’s a wise decision and it won’t cause argument. The next day they said the same thing. Now it’s their habit and you didn’t like. But you can’t even tell them. So you started avoiding them and creating a gap to keep yourself sane. But can you really avoid them? You can’t, you have to spend a whole day in the office. You’re shying away from the problem because you know offending your boss is a big risk, you may lose your job by speaking your truth. But not speaking the truth is also the biggest risk for it may affect your self-confidence and individual identity. .
