# Acknowledgement and Appreciation to V-Lab
I would like to sincerely acknowledge and express my heartfelt appreciation to **V-Lab** for the incredible support, guidance, training, and encouragement you have given me throughout my journey of starting up my retail business, **Kobiah Thank You Retail Shop**.
Through the various workshops and training sessions, I have gained valuable **knowledge, skills, confidence, and practical experience** that have helped me come this far. The lessons I learned have not only helped me understand how to start and manage a business, but have also encouraged me to believe in myself and continue working towards my goals.
