Rainy days, rainy weeks lately. 🌧️☁️ When will it stop?

Every time it rains, it’s hard not to think about how badly our government has failed us.. We shouldn’t have to accept flooding and v unsafe communities as something we just have to live with every rainy season. We have every right to be angry and to demand accountability!! And to be loud about it. Please don’t let the rain wash away our anger. We deserve better than this. 😣✊

And so we’ve been trying to make the store brighter each day with all the lovely artworks, cute stationery, and little things we’ve been filling the shelves with. Thank you for continuing to shop and visit us despite the weather 🙇🏻‍♀️ it means so much to us and our local artists!

Alsooo, a heads up: OUR AUTUMN/FALL VILLAGER APPLICATION FORM OPENS TOMORROW 🍂

For those interested, here are the dates to keep in mind:

🍁 Ingress period: September 5–27
(Updated - overlapping with our current Summer/Rainy season)
🍂 Official Season: September 15 - November 30 (season opening celeration end of sept)
🎄 Egress period: December 1–15

If you think you can commit to the dates, stay tuned tomorrow for the application form. :)

Everywhere I look now, there’s so much AI stuff, and it’s fascinating how fast the creative world is changing. 🤯
But for me, there’s something irreplaceable about creating art with my own hands, with human hands. 🤲 It's just so fulfilling to know that from a little idea, to sketches, to colors, to every tiny detail, the story and the heart behind each piece are fully mine! 🤎

I’m proud to keep making original art with intention and purpose while sharing my story… and I hope it inspires you to do the same in your own way. ✨🤎

Sharing this one full! Artwork for our print included in the August edition of my mail club 🏡The theme is Oakville’s little village square & noticing the things around you with a grateful heart 🌷 This is probably one of the most detailed illustrations I’ve drawn so far, it took me roughly 13 hours to finish, with around 11 hours of my apple pencil touching the ipad lol I LOVE their little outfits and this color palette so much!! I enjoyed every moment of drawing it. I hope this brings you into a cozy, goodie-homey mood 🧸

A little production reel of our July Mail with our mighty team 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲 before we say goodbye and welcome our August mail heheeh

We currenrly produced EVERYTHING in-house, so seeing our setup for executing this club come together has honestly been a dream and will always be!! I'm so thankful for all the hands behind this journeyyyy 🐌🤎 ok except for our ready-made envelopes hehe we don’t make those ourselves, but they’re so beautiful and perfect for our mails! ⭐️
