For a long time I believed growth meant doing more but the goal was never to become better at wearing all the hats.

Yesterday Smoke & Odor Eliminator Perfume was serving customers while I was making memories at my alumni reunion. Not because I didn’t care or I checked out. But because I’ve started building systems, processes, and a team I can trust.
