Empezamos la semana con una nueva palabra! Gökotta mas que ser una expresión, los escandinavos la ven como una filosofía en la que te dedicas tiempo a ti cada mañana, disfrutar de la naturaleza y tener más tiempo en el día para meditar, hacer ejercicio o cualquier otra actividad que te ayude a alcanzar cierto nivel de bienestar.
E incluso viéndolo desde el lado científico, tu cuerpo se acostumbra a estar más activo en las horas luz y así descansar mejor en la oscuridad!
